What fun. We had an amazing party at La Camionera, the coolest lesbian bar in all of London and perhaps the world. Alex made a Peaflower tea Tom Collins drink special, which is mentioned in the novel, and changes color from blue to purple when you add lemon. I should have taken a video and posted it to “socials” but my days as an Instagram marketer of my own book are just beginning. (I’ve just discovered the instagram account of this novelist who is an ex page three girl glamour model, dated steve coogan and then left him for a rothschild, have been threatening to make videos like hers.)
